Visumify is a web service that aims to introduce a new way of defining yourself and create a highlighted persona by introducing Visume or visual resume.
It’s a platform that will help you accentuate the best aspects of your personality and make it easier for the companies to judge your candor, conduct and chemistry.
The basic idea is that we create another filter for the companies in the form of visume, that way instead of spending at least 30 minutes on each candidate the company can literally watch maximum two minutes video.
This would allow the companies to speedily eliminate candidates who are not upto the standards without resorting to the Hr interviews. This is result in increased efficiency of Hr department saving them money in terms of man-hours.
